Report by Consultative Committee
The team (made of 4 members) met with ex-chairman on the 16th
of June, 2003. This was to express the concerns of the Tema old
boys as regards the financial matters at the same time seeking
confirmation as to what had been heard. The team did find this
to be true to which he (immediate past chairman) sincerely apologised
for what hard happened. He even further explained why that happened
and did promise to pay the money back no matter what. The team
was thanked dealing with him leniently. At this stage, the team
required that he set a date for paying back the money that had
been misappropriated. He promised to pay the money off by the
end of July and also keep in touch with the team.
The way forward
A member of team launched a personal crusade managed to collect
¢500,000 to alleviate to the debt that to be paid. Mr Klutse
promise to give the association ¢1,000,000 to which members
present clapped heartily for.
The chairman responded to the report and suggested that ways
to prevent these financial misappropriations will be looked into.

debt, KB Smith-Mensah (Suma) paid ¢200,000.

the school but also be used as platform to help connect us for
business deals, job opportunities, etc. As such starting with
this meeting, the last item on every meeting agenda will be networking.
