Voluntary Submission
In some cases, you may voluntarily provide personal information
in response to a specific service provided by gsts.net. This type
of voluntary submission includes E-directory entries, bulletin,
comments or gueslist forms.
Registration. When users voluntarily register at the gsts.net
web site, the following information is collected into a database:
name, telephone number, fax number, address, postcode/ZIP, email
address, present location, house, year group. This information
provides users the ability to the e-directory at the gsts.net
web site. Based solely on the user’s request, this information
is either displayed on the directory or held on our database.
All information is entered solely by the user. Users have the
option to "Opt Out" during Registration.
gsts.net will not, without explicit consent of the registered
user, give out email addresses to third parties, except to the
extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations,
or in legal proceedings where such information is required.
Additionally, users may modify registration data at any time,
subsequently users may notify gsts.net at any time at webmaster@gsts.net
in order to be removed from the gsts.net database and have all
profile information deleted.
